• Self check in, prior to your booking you'll receive a gate code and pod code. Please arrive no earlier than check in time so we have time to do change over.

How do I make a booking?

Do I need to pay a deposit?

• For bookings we require a 25% booking fee to secure your booking ​

• Late bookings or within 8 weeks of your stay we require full payment.

What if I need to cancel a booking?​

• If you cancel within two weeks of your booking its non refundable

How can I pay?

• You can pay for your holiday by bank transfer

What is included in by stay at Apple Tree glamping?

• Welcome pack on arrival includes beer and prosecco, tea coffee, sugar, long-life milk​, biscuits and chocolates

• 2 toilet rolls

• 3 bags of logs and fire lighters

• Hairdryer

Do I need to bring my own towels/linen?

• Bed linen is provided for your stay. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel ​

Do you allow children and pets?​

• No children or pets allowed on site.​
