Terms & Conditions

Before making a reservation with us, please review these booking conditions.

 

Making a Reservation

The individual responsible for the group (“the party leader”) must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking. Our glamping pods our exclusively for adults, and we do not permit guests under 18.

 

Payment

 A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required when you book with us. If your stay is within 8 weeks of the booking date, full payment is required at that time.

Cancellation or Modification of Your Booking

To change any details of your confirmed booking, you MUST notify us at least 8 weeks prior to your booking start date. Cancellations within two weeks of your stay are non-refundable.

Cancellations by us

In the event we have to make any changes to your booking with us, we will contact you as soon as possible.

However we will not be legally responsible individually for any compensation of events beyond our control. Events such as:

  • Government lockdown/pandemic 

  • Illness or isolation or quarantine cause by Coronavirus

  • Natural disasters 

  • Fire, snow or storm

  • Power outages

Your Arrival

You can arrive at the property at any time after 3pm, we will contact you with self check in details and codes to enter your pod.  Check out is by 10am on the last day (unless we have agreed otherwise with you).

This allow us to turn over each pod for our next guests.​

Inappropriate Conduct

We please ask our guests to be respectful to our pods and members of staff. We kindly ask you to​​​

  • Keep the pod clean and in a similar condition to as you found it when arrived

  • Maximum occupancy, Our accommodation pods are 2 people maximum

  • No additional visitors are allowed onsite, due to insurance reasons

  • no smoking

  • no pets

  • Maintain a respectful noise level for neighbours with no radios after 10PM

  • no stag/hen parties

Property Damage

We, the owner expects the property to be left in a good condition on departure. If in our or the housekeeper’s opinion, additional cleaning is required, you will be liable to us for the cost of this cleaning

You are responsible for any breakage or damage caused by you or your party during your stay. We may charge you for any costs incurred to repair or replace damaged property. We expect the property to be left in good condition upon your departure. If additional cleaning required, you will be responsible for the associated costs

Special Requests

 If you have any special requests, please inform us when making your booking and confirm them in writing. While we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee fulfilling every request. Let us know if you need any further adjustments!
